We carefully monitor your project budget, provide monthly cost updates, and proactively identify potential overages to keep spending on track. 

Invoices are issued by the 10th of each month with detailed breakdowns of spending, ensuring full transparency throughout the build. 

Our scheduling system highlights upcoming selections and decisions, giving you ample time to review options and make choices without delaying construction. 

We invite you to join key site walks — such as electrical and landscape reviews — to confirm details and ensure every element aligns with your expectations. 

Before move-in, we conduct a detailed quality inspection, review all systems with you, and address final adjustments to ensure your home is ready for perfection.
